Our
Substitution Policy
Occasionally,
substitutions may be necessary due to limited availability, colors and flower
varieties. If this occurs, we will
design your arrangement using similar flowers and containers of equal value and
beauty.
Our
Delivery Policy
We offer
same day delivery on orders we receive by 1:00 pm CST, Monday through Saturday.
Special deliveries are available after 1:00 for a slightly higher delivery
charge. If for some reason
your order can not be delivered within this timeframe, you will be notified
immediately by telephone or email. If
the recipient is not home at the time of delivery we will perform one or more of
the following procedures to ensure your that gift is received:
- Leave
a note on the recipient’s door, asking them to contact us to set up a
convenient delivery time.
- Leave
the arrangement with a neighbor and post a note on the recipient’s door
notifying them who accepted their delivery.
- A
call to the recipient to set up a convenient delivery time.
